Many people in the community have a negative mindset that is only tuned towards getting cash handouts as an initiative that helps so look at other interventions like free haircuts, girl empowerment and support of vulnerable as not being important. This hence affects implementation of activities since little support from the community would mean the activities not taking full effect.
